We don't just find the gaps. We fix them.

Whether it's your property manager's inspection, a renter's request or your own walk-through — once a minimum-standards gap is on the list, Safehaus fixes it at a published fixed price, in one visit, with the evidence filed.

We work alongside your property manager — not around them.

Agents send the work order; owners approve a published price; we fit, photograph and forward the paperwork. Regulated work goes to licensed gas, electrical and air-conditioning partners under the same job.

Step 01

Find

Your agent's routine inspection, a renter's request, or our $195 Essentials Check — however the gap surfaces, it goes on one list.

Step 02

Fix

Published fixed prices, GST inclusive, agreed before work starts. Done in one visit wherever stock allows — licensed partners for the regulated items.

Step 03

File

Before-and-after photos, dates and certificates filed against the property and forwarded — so the record exists before anyone asks for it.

This is where Safehaus sits.

Between the property manager, the trades and the owner — turning compliance items into closed work orders instead of open worries.

Fixed prices. No quote roulette.

Compliance gaps left to fester turn into $3k–$9k upgrade surprises at the worst possible moment. Fixed early, most cost a few hundred dollars — and every price below is published, GST inclusive, and agreed before work starts.

Gas & electrical safety checks
quoted per property

The 2-yearly checks required from October 2026 — carried out by licensed partners, scheduled by us, with certificates filed against the property and forwarded to you or your agent.

Licensed where it matters. Gas, electrical, refrigerant and insulation work is performed only by licensed partners. Safehaus coordinates, schedules and files the paperwork — and every coordination fee appears as a disclosed line on your invoice.

All prices GST inclusive. Minimum visit $295 — most owners bundle two or three items into one trip. One visit wherever stock allows.

Properties we've worked on are managed by leading Victorian agencies.

Four more deadlines. No extensions.

The 2027 and 2030 changes are staged, but the cost impact can arrive much earlier — at lease change, system failure, advertising, or tenant request.

Best For

Self-managing landlords and small portfolios who want the October obligation handled properly — and agencies wanting the whole rent roll covered. Portfolio pricing on request.

A split image showing on the left a thermal scan of an indoor hallway with a door and a thermostat, with temperatures around 18.4°C to 18.9°C. On the right, a person is holding a thermal imaging camera and looking at a window in a room with natural sunlight and outdoor greenery visible through the window.

Hidden heat loss. Found, then fixed.

Thermal imaging shows exactly where a property leaks heat — so draught-proofing targets the real gaps, and the before-and-after proof goes in your file.

03
