the property’s condition will remain unchanged
trades will agree with our assessment
regulators or tribunals will interpret requirements identically

limits liability to the amount paid for the service provided.

If Safehaus provides general information regarding potential upgrade works:
we do not recommend or endorse any specific trade
all installation, testing, and repair work must be carried out by licensed trades
